Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026. Plain language first; precision where it counts.
The service
Brainy provides chat-native capture, parsing, vault sync and follow-ups over Slack and Telegram. Free core is free forever; paid tiers add the features listed on Pricing.
Your data
You own everything. Vault content remains yours under your existing Obsidian/Notion terms. You grant Brainy only the license needed to parse, sync and follow up.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, impersonate others, or pipe secrets you wouldn't paste anywhere. Rate limits keep the commons calm.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime excluding your chat provider's outages. Digests queue and deliver when providers recover.
Liability
Brainy assists; you decide. Staged diffs exist so nothing writes without approval. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Clear your head.
Let Brainy follow up.
