What we collect
Your messages to Brainy (to do the job), account identifiers for your chat connection, and anonymous reliability telemetry (uptime, latency). Nothing else.
What we never do
We never train AI models on your data. We never sell data or metadata. We never read your vault beyond what a task explicitly references.
Encryption
Traffic is TLS-encrypted; parsing runs in hardware enclaves with client-side keys. Diffs are staged for your approval before any write.
Retention & deletion
Tasks live in your vault, not ours. Operational copies expire within 30 days. Email [email protected] and everything is deleted, confirmed in writing.
Subprocessors
Hosting and audit logging only — listed in our DPA. No advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs anywhere.
